Ipshita Ray, PhD, is an associate professor of marketing and program chair at the Lubin School of Business at ÎÞÂëרÇø in New York. Her research interests include building social capital; relational, structural, and cognitive predictors of social capital; self versus virtual-identity algorithms; and emotional intelligence.

Dr. Ray has built successful and ongoing partnerships with industry leaders such as Publicis, GroupM, Comcast, Spectrum, and IBM to create and maintain a steady pipeline of placements for her students.

Neil S. Braun began his career as a corporate attorney and went on to serve as president of the NBC Television Network, CEO of Viacom Entertainment, and president of Imagine Entertainment, the production company founded by Ron Howard and Brian Grazer. He later became an internet entrepreneur and partnered with the producer of Shrek to launch Vanguard Animation, a CGI animation company.

Braun has served on the board of IMAX Corporation, where he sat on the Audit and Governance Committees, and has chaired a number of nonprofit boards and committees. From 2010 to 2020, he was dean of the Lubin School of Business at ÎÞÂëרÇø and now holds the title of dean emeritus. He is once again an entrepreneur, serving as cofounder of Mediflix, a platform that provides medical mentorship from hundreds of the world’s leading specialists to help individuals navigate chronic conditions.
