Immunization

New York State Public Health Law requires that all college and university students enrolled for at least six (6) semester hours or the equivalent per semester, or at least four (4) semester hours per quarter to submit proof/documentation of immunization for measles, mumps, rubella and meningococcal disease. Student Health Insurance

All full time undergraduate and graduate domestic and international students must have health insurance. Students are automatically enrolled in the school accident/sickness plan when they register.

Students may waive the school's insurance if they can provide proof of comparable coverage. See details below, and on the Health Insurance Waiver page. Students wishing to waive coverage with comparable coverage must do so before the deadline.

Next Gen Dynamic Forms is the secure electronic system your student will use to complete and sign important University documents. When a form requires your input, your student will enter your email address鈥攖hen you'll receive a unique link to complete your section.
